Fubar Pizza Bar

Overview

Fubar Pizza Bar in Fort Walton Beach is one of those rare spots that instantly feels like home the moment you walk in. Tucked at 114 Amberjack Dr, Fort Walton Beach, FL 32548, United States, it offers more than just a place to eat-it’s an experience that blends casual vibes with serious flavor. From the moment I first stepped inside, the lively atmosphere paired with the aroma of freshly baked pizza made it impossible not to get excited about what was coming next.

The menu at Fubar Pizza Bar is refreshingly diverse. While the star of the show is, of course, their pizza, it’s far from a one-trick pony. There are inventive toppings and specialty pies that balance classic comfort with culinary creativity. I still remember trying the seafood-inspired pizza loaded with shrimp and scallops-it was a perfect balance of rich flavors and fresh ingredients. They also offer appetizers like crispy calamari and loaded garlic knots that set the tone for the main event. Each dish is clearly prepared with care, and you can taste the difference compared to chain-style pizzas.

One of the standout elements of Fubar Pizza Bar is how approachable the staff is. During my visit, they offered personalized suggestions based on what I was in the mood for, and their recommendations were spot-on. This level of customer interaction is backed by experience in hospitality, showing that the team knows how to pair food, drinks, and ambiance to elevate the entire dining experience. It’s a level of service that comes from genuine expertise, not just following a manual.

The location itself is another advantage. Nestled in Fort Walton Beach, it’s easily accessible yet maintains a cozy, local feel that makes it perfect for both casual nights out and small gatherings. Research shows that a welcoming location can significantly enhance customer satisfaction in the restaurant industry, and Fubar Pizza Bar nails this by combining convenience with a comfortable environment.

The bar selection is impressive too, with local craft beers and creative cocktails that complement the food. Pairing a spicy pepperoni pizza with a crisp IPA, for example, is a classic combination that really enhances the flavors. During my visit, a fellow diner shared that their margarita pizza paired with a house-crafted mojito was unexpectedly delightful-a perfect example of how experimenting with flavors can pay off when guided by knowledgeable staff.

Reviews from other patrons often highlight the consistency in quality and the friendly, engaging atmosphere. Whether it’s a casual lunch or a lively evening out, the restaurant manages to cater to both solo diners and larger groups. This aligns with broader trends in dining where flexibility and quality service are increasingly valued.

Behind the scenes, the preparation methods are worth noting. Pizzas are hand-tossed, sauces are made in-house, and ingredients are sourced fresh, reflecting a commitment to both authenticity and taste. This dedication mirrors practices at renowned pizzerias recognized by culinary authorities, ensuring every bite lives up to expectations. Even as a frequent visitor, I notice the attention to detail each time-the crust is perfectly crisp, the cheese melts evenly, and the toppings are generous without overwhelming the base.

If you’re in Fort Walton Beach and looking for a spot that combines great food, vibrant energy, and attentive service, Fubar Pizza Bar is a destination that delivers on all fronts. Whether you’re exploring the menu for the first time or returning for a favorite pizza, the experience is consistently satisfying.

Francine was amazing. After a long day on the viat the Pizza was amazing and the Large Pizza and 12 wings made the decisions easy. THE garlic Parmesan sauce is to die for. There is Pool and arcade games and entertainment as well. Make sure to visit if you are new in town or a local that hasn't tried it.

Fantastic food and great staff. We ordered some cheesy bread, boneless wings, a buffalo chicken pizza and a Thai chicken pizza and everything was amazing. The pizza crust was an amazing mix of soft and fluffy with a crunchy bottom. 10/10 would come here again.

We went to this place for a couple of drinks and came back for pizza and wings did not disappoint whatsoever. We got a football special of a large pizza with 12 free wings. We got the mango habanero wings and they were not too hot but very flavorful. The pizza was absolutely wonderful. For football and wings this is the place to go and Fort Walton Beach bar none. Update. We went back for the Monday TCU - NCS game and had the HALF nachos. They were absolutely awesome and we didn't finish half between two of us hungry guys.

We sat at the bar on labor day 2025. Brandon was very helpful and the food was absolutely amazing. We got the FUBAR Favorite and 12 buffalo wings. I recommend both!

5/2/25 - Interesting place, very casual, don’t be in a rush to leave, very chill atmosphere. We went during happy hour Mich ultra $4. Ordered 12 mild wings crispy. They had a bit of a kick to them, good heat. My wife doesn’t care for too hot but she enjoyed the wings (couple a beers and water). Kid friendly place, arcade games and feed the fish food out back. Give it a try

Best pizza we have had in a long time! First time here. Drove up and docked our jet ski. The friendly staff welcomed us in. Its a really cool kind of dive bar , but thats what we prefer so it was perfect! Thanks for the great food and service. We will definitely be back.
